At Sunstone Welders, we stand behind the quality of our welding technology and offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. If your equipment does not meet your operational needs, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking terms.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original industrial packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA label clearly on the exterior of the package and ship the unit via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the welder, we will process your refund or credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
